What is the cost of an industry sector report?

The price of our report is determined by the size of the sector and the size of your company. What analysis will you include on each company?

Each report includes a full profile of every company in the sector report. The report will include detailed extracts from the last three years full accounts, and an analysis of sales, profitability, liquidity, debt, gearing, and solvency.

Every company is also benchmarked against the industry averages for all the key performance measures. Any holding or parent company is shown, and is linked to a full report on that company too.

The names of all the directors are linked to full profiles on each director, so you can click to expand your investigation of any director. Any other companies that the directors are involved with are listed, and they are also linked so you can click to view full report on those companies. you can investigate further and in more depth to find out more about rival companies and the directors behind them.

What measures of financial performance are analysed?

We present results for the sector as a whole, and show trends for Turnover, Cost of Sales, Interest Paid, Pre-Tax Profits, Directors Income, Employee Costs, Dividends, Retained Earnings, Fixed Assets, Stocks, Debtors, Current Assets, Current Liabilities, Working Capital, Long-term Debt, Net Assets, Profit Margin, Return on Assets, Return on Capital, Interest Cover, Debt Gearing, Solvency Ratio, Current Ratio, Sales per Employee, Profit per Employee, Stock Turnover, Creditor Days, and Debtor Days.

In addition to whole sector analysis, every company can be ranked by any of these measures, and you can also sort and rank by the change year on year in actual values, and in percentage change. The trends can be assessed over the latest year, and extended to cover previous years results.

What is included in the printed competitor analysis report?

You request printed reports online from your login account when you are subscribed to your industry competitor analysis report.

You select the companies you wish to target for analysis, and then you choose the performance measures for which you want to compare them.

You can save your selections online and use the same criteria again whenever you want to request another printed report. You can also change or revise your selections and you can request a printed report as often as you wish.

Unlike annual or single purchase publications, the reports you get from our service will always be as up-to-date as the latest information shown on your online login report.
